We aim for both honest and demonstrate honour in our relationship with our customers and suppliers.

2) Willing or disposed to yield; pliable

To not take oneself too seriously and hold onto ideas to strongly when our customers’ needs have changed. To be able to change our own positions and meet our customer’s requirements rather than trying to force the customer to meet ours!

Fun: This may seem like an odd value to have in business. But without fun is it really worth doing? Can we perform at our best and meet our other values if we don’t enjoy what we are doing?

Out of these come a whole slew of other values that are important including authenticity, playful, passion, desire to help, to name but a few.
