FreeIT™ - a simple answer to releasing PCR Ready DNA from cells, Plasmids, animal tissue, seed, leaf, bacteria etc and follow the simple protocol.
FreeIT frees or releases the dsDNA in a PCR ready format. There are no PCR inhibitors in the final solution. The sample can be diluted and or added straight to the PCR reaction.
The dsDNA is not “clean” in the same way as it would be using a traditional DNA extraction method, but it is ideal for running PCR amplification and takes less time to set up. Plus it costs considerably less - Just £0.60 per test!!!
